I called Desert Diamond after a home inspection showed heating unit not working correctly. They got someone out the same day. Phillip was very responsive and professional. He let me know when he arrived since the home was empty, and promptly notified me with his findings. Thank goodness the issue was minor incorrect thermostat wiring, but he explained and fixed the issue quickly. Next time I need a thermostat replaced, I will call Desert Diamond and not use a handyman.

Ismael did a great job. He took photos and explained everything in a way that made sense. However I was quoted $445 for a replacement capacitor. Its a $30 part takes at most 30 minutes of labor. Im not sure that price makes sense.However, just for the tuneup it was a reasonable price and I got a lot of good information out of it. Just wish their reports were a little more detailed and came with photos. I can definitely recommend them for a tuneup

INSTALLATION: 4-22-2026: Shawn and Alex did a great job installing my new DAIKIN AC unit They were professional, patient, respectful of my property and knowledgeable about the unit. They explained how the thermostat works, answered my questions, and made sure the install was perfect before leaving.I do wish they'd worn shoe covers as the estimate guy Craig did. Also, the crane (3rd party vendor) was almost FIVE hours late - not their fault, but this did slow the project's progress. Alex and Shawn, made the most of their time, did all the pre-installation / setup work on my roof while waiting for the crane to arrive.The DAIKIN unit is running quietly & smoothly. Next week another employee will inspect the installation to ensure all was done correctly and the unit is running per spec. NO AC company has ever done that, and I'm most grateful. Five stars all the way!----------------------------PROPOSAL & ESTIMATE 4-14-2026: Craig O. came to my house to estimate the costs of a new A/C unit. He patiently, knowledgeably answered all my questions, explained my options carefully & wore shoe covers to keep my carpet clean. Craig's expertise in this field was obvious, he's a wonderful ambassador for his employer, too. I can't recall when I enjoyed an A/C installation estimate visit more; there was no pressure, no stress for me. I HIGHLY recommend Craig, he knows all aspects of A/C - heat pump units.

Craig was amazing to work with! When I found out that the coils were rusted out and leaking freon in my old Amana AC unit, I made many calls to many AC companies to get quotes on repairing versus replacing the unit. Craig was one of the only people to call and provide a quote for a new AC unit over the phone. When I called him to come out to finalize the quote, it was spot on from the original quote he provided over the phone. He took the time to ask me my concerns on my current AC set up and provided solutions to those concerns. He thoroughly explained everything they were going to do. He gave me the choice of a 10% discount off the AC unit or a 10 year labor warranty. He was also able to get me 0% interest for 3 years. He was able to get me the best price for a higher model Trane than any other company I called. He was even able to accommodate a last minute schedule change for when the weather was cooler.

Our heat pump was putting out lukewarm heat. I called Desert Diamond Air as they were recommended by a friend. We had a technician out the next day...our old unit had a small refrigerant leak. Luis gave us a number of options from fixing it ($2500) with no guarantee that there may be more issues in the near future as it was already 10 years old to a new multi-level output "smart" unit with lots of bells and whistles ($14000+change). We opted for a middle option (new heat pump/compressor) with 10 year warranty with wifi compatible smart thermostat. Orlando did the installation 2 days later. Ossiel and David helped later in the afternoon. All employees were WONDERFUL. The unit is working great, and quickly and quietly adjusts the temperature as programmed and manually if needed.We highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with Desert Diamind Air. Phillip was our tech and several other companies had been out and didn't fix the issue. Phillip spent a lot of time diagnosing and ended up fixing the issue. Phillip was very courteous and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!

Ossiel came out for heater tuneup and let me know everything was in good shape. Also he explained and provided me with information on duct cleaning and aeroseal services. He was very thorough and patient with all my questions and informative about services for today and possibly duct cleaning work.

We had Tyler come out today to give us a quote for a new update AC unit. He was absolutely amazing. We bought our home i2020 and did not even realize that our house needed additional resturns and duct work due to the previous owners adding on additions. He came in did his inspection he was straight forward with everything that our house needed to help cool it down. He was extremely helpful to my husband and I. Even though I was just on the phone because I was at work. He toom the time to explain everything to me. Thank you Desert Diamond Air and Tyler. We are looking forward to having your company work on our new unit.

Nixa came and did a diagnostic on my A/C while my wife was home. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in clear understanding, and her professionalism was on point. She didn’t push, she took her time asked and answered all questions and we couldn’t be happier. Nowadays having somebody with professionalism and also someone this knowledgeable is few and far between. Thanks 🙏

Nixa is by far one of the best AC techs I have had in my home. She is very knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person to deal with. Our larger Trane unit started having issues on Thursday, and Nixa was out to investigate for us the next day. Part was ordered, and installed, and we were up and running in a few short days. Nixa was polite, on time, and clearly explained the issue and fix. Will continue to use Desert Diamond!

We’ve been using Desert Diamond Air since we chose them to replace our old system 4 years ago, and we have not regretted that decision at all. The office personnel are always professional and courteous when I call, and the service technicians have all been first rate. Today I had the pleasure to meet Dakota, the service technician sent to service our system. He was awesome - a nice young man who was very thorough doing his job. He communicated everything he found as well as all the adjustments he found necessary to keep the system working at its optimum performance, knowing that the hot weather will be upon us soon. Desert Diamond is fantastic. I've been with them 6+ years. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, very thorough, show pictures of what's wrong with my unit and what's good and take adequate time to make sure I understand needed repairs.Dakota is very personable, thorough and informative.
