Desert Diamond Club Maintenance Terms
Appointment Reminders—Customers must provide a valid email and phone number when signing up for membership with Desert Diamond Air. We will make reasonable attempts to reach you through email and phone reminders. It is your responsibility to schedule your maintenance visits, as no credits or refunds will be given for failure to do so.
New System Accrued Discount—Requires continuous enrollment in the Silver, Gold, or Diamond plan. If enrollment lapses, the accrual will start over. Discount can only be applied to the purchase of a total system. Maximum discount accrual not to exceed 3% for Silver, 5% for Gold, and 6% for Diamond.
Priority Service—Members will receive first rights to available appointments and priority to move up in the schedule in the event of a cancellation. Must schedule prior to 10 a.m. for guaranteed same day service Monday through Friday. Applies to no-cooling or no-heating calls only.
Reduced After Hours Diagnostic —After hours is defined as work performed on Saturday or Sunday. This would also apply to any holiday we have scheduled off. Standard charges will apply.
Condensate Drain Line Clear—Defined as clearing the primary condensate drain line with dry nitrogen once per year. We cannot guarantee future condensate drain line restrictions.
Evaporator Coil Clean—We will clean the evaporator coil once per year as needed with approved detergent. Accessibility is required. If infrastructure (flue piping, condensation drain lines, etc.) need to be removed to gain access, there will be additional charges.
