“I called their company about 8:00 a.m. and it was a quick answer from the receptionist. My mom had used them previously and was happy. So I decided to give it a try again and schedule an appointment for the same day. The window is 3 to 6:00 p.m. and they were here by 3:00.
Cameron B was the Tech. I was running behind getting back to the house but he dealt with my Mom first and took care of her concerns and needs right away. I spoke with him and he quoted me a price of what he had found already and we went with it and easy peasy. Cameron was very calm and patient with a lot of my direct questions and he took care of what I needed to hear and went to work right away and was in probably an hour he was done. Everything works as expected. If I was to need a service again which we probably will in the future due to an old unit, I would definitely be calling them back and asking for Cameron
