“This was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a repair service bar none! It started when the call was received that my 94 year old mother had no air conditioning and the outside temperature had risen to 114 degrees outside. We had called the original company that sold and installed the unit 3yrs prior and they stated it would be the next day between 4:00-7:00PM Till anyone could assist her. Fast forward four hours later and Leo from Desert Diamond HVAC arrived and immediately started working to diagnose the problem. Within minutes the “AMAZING TECHNICIAN LEO” had diagnosed the problem and documented it on video and was letting us know what it was going to take to fix the problem. The condenser was “toast “ and what seemed like minutes our professional smiling courteous technician Leo had completed the fix and was ready to settle up and discuss a follow up service plan.
