“I want to take a minute and write about the amazing service and assistance we received today from Daniel Calderon. I called this morning when I noticed the house wasn't cooling (only going to be 114 degrees today). The front office staff was able to schedule a technician for this afternoon. I let them know that I could be available a bit earlier than the scheduled time and they reported Daniel would be aware and would contact me if he could be here earlier. I received a call an hour before the scheduled time letting me know that he was on his way. Once he arrived, he immediately noted the system was not cooling and went onto the roof to identify the issue. He quickly identified that a part had failed and needed to be replaced. He notified me that the part was under warranty and they would get it as quickly as possible with the plan to return in one to two days and complete the repair. He inspected the entire system, identified other issues that were a result of the initial install. He was so thorough, explained everything clearly, identified the potential different costs associated with the repairs (go through warranty or don't), and took the time to make sure I understood the process. I can say, I will use this company and Daniel again – if other problems arise. Thank you, Daniel, for all your help!”
