“Timothy arrived with the biggest smile and pleasant attitude, which is amazing considering it is nearing the end of a very hot day and, I'd imagine, most of his calls had been outside. He got right to work in a while, he came down and we talked about what is likely going on with my HVAC. One thing I appreciate about Desert Diamond is that for the many years they have serviced our units, without exception, every person we've come in contact with has treated us like family.
