“This is part 2, reviewing the service to my HVAC. Part one was the routine service call where it was determined my a/c was in need of replacement. So, part 2 is a review of the new a/c and installation. After a small glitch, my original installation date was moved from a Friday to a Tuesday and I crossed my fingers my a/c unit would limp along until then. It made it until late Monday evening and the 2-man crew arrived early Tuesday morning as expected. Both men were personable and professional and showed efficiency and knowledge in their work. In fact, they went farther than I expected, putting up new pigeon guard because the original was destroyed during removal of the old unit, replacing the metal grill in front of the intake vent and installing an easy-to-use thermostat that I just love. The unit has run now, for almost a week and has performed beautifully. They were able to find me financing that was amazing, provide an amazing labor contract and proved, once again, why we have been Desert Diamond customers for over 12 years. To borrow an old phrase "try them, you'll like them!"”
