“Damian was sent out to install a new thermostat and fuse. We had another company out for a quote on a new air conditioning system and the sales representative broke our thermostat, thus no air. First he told us there was nothing more he could do and he would send out a technician tomorrow. Of course we said that was not acceptable, so then he tried fixing it and made things worse. We had already committed to Desert Diamond Air for our new unit but it could not be installed until tomorrow. Damian arrived, started with a review in the attic to assure when he put in a new fuse it would not blow. Then he quietly and professionally installed the thermostat and ran a cycle to assure it would continue to work. He showed me how to use the thermostat and left. On a scale of 1-5,he gets a 10 from us.
I would just like to mention our sales representative Chris coordinated all of this to assure we have air conditioning until tomorrow AM when Desert Diamond Air comes to install our new unit.
