“We asked Diamond to come out to examine our system and make sure that it's all working correctly. The tech they sent out was extremely helpful, I had several question that he answered very knowledgeably. He explained how things functioned and what we can do to achieve what we were trying to do. After testing the system and making sure everything was running correctly, Scott D. (our tech), gave us a very clear picture of the condition of our system. Scott D. was very informative and we really appreciate his work. Thank you Scott.”

“Damian was sent out to install a new thermostat and fuse. We had another company out for a quote on a new air conditioning system and the sales representative broke our thermostat, thus no air. First he told us there was nothing more he could do and he would send out a technician tomorrow. Of course we said that was not acceptable, so then he tried fixing it and made things worse. We had already committed to Desert Diamond Air for our new unit but it could not be installed until tomorrow. Damian arrived, started with a review in the attic to assure when he put in a new fuse it would not blow. Then he quietly and professionally installed the thermostat and ran a cycle to assure it would continue to work. He showed me how to use the thermostat and left. On a scale of 1-5,he gets a 10 from us.
I would just like to mention our sales representative Chris coordinated all of this to assure we have air conditioning until tomorrow AM when Desert Diamond Air comes to install our new unit.

“Luis Martinez came out to do service maintenance on our AC units today. He was amazing. Checked everything. Clean the coils tightened electrical connections and a bunch of other things. Made some recommendations for some work that should be done. He didn’t pressure or try to sell us new units or any scare tactics. We had another company out only days before that didn’t do or spent half the time Luis did and the other company tech only interest was selling two new units using the scare tactics. I highly recommend Luis and Desert Diamond air. Treating the customer fair, honesty and not taking advantage of customers goes a long way with me. Thank you Luis and Desert Diamond HVAC.”
