“Luis Martinez came out to do service maintenance on our AC units today. He was amazing. Checked everything. Clean the coils tightened electrical connections and a bunch of other things. Made some recommendations for some work that should be done. He didn’t pressure or try to sell us new units or any scare tactics. We had another company out only days before that didn’t do or spent half the time Luis did and the other company tech only interest was selling two new units using the scare tactics.
