Johaan did our maintenance service today for the HVAC that was purchased and installed from Desert Diamond Air in 2024. Because of the intense rains of last week, we scheduled this visit a few weeks earlier. Johaan is very detailed and meticulous in his work. He explained to us exactly what he is doing and why. He repaired the sensor wire and drain that had been misplaced by the flow of water at the unit. In addition, he did a bit of shovel work to protect the PVC drain pipe that had been exposed because of the rushing water.
