ON NOVEMBER 6,2025 THE UNIT MALFUNCTIONED . I CALLED DIAMOND TO REPORT AND REQUEST A VISIT
UNDER THE 30 DAY WARRANTY. WHEN THE TECH IAN ARRIVED HE REQUESTED AN ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $89.00.
II REFUSED HIS REQUEST AND TOLD HIM I WILL NOT BE "RIPPED OFF". DIAMOND DESERT NEEDS TO BE WATCHED .
