“Damien did our semiannual HVAC service this morning. He was so knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and professional that I could not have imagined a better experience. Unfortunately, my unit is 2 years past its warranty and did show signs of problems. I needed to ask a lot of questions to decide between band aid repairs or replacement. Damien answered each question, making sure I understood each pro and con. My decision was replacement. A quick call from Damien to the office and in less than an hour, Tyler was at my home to help me decide which unit would suit me best. He too, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Again, lots of patience in answering all my questions. In the end, I decided on a new unit and thought to myself, I hope my current unit would hold until they were able to install a new one. Surprised me when he said the team could be here the next morning! We've been customers of Desert Diamond from the time we moved into our home many, many years ago and have always been satisfied with the results. “I want to take a minute and write about the amazing service and assistance we received today from Daniel Calderon. I called this morning when I noticed the house wasn't cooling (only going to be 114 degrees today). The front office staff was able to schedule a technician for this afternoon. I let them know that I could be available a bit earlier than the scheduled time and they reported Daniel would be aware and would contact me if he could be here earlier. I received a call an hour before the scheduled time letting me know that he was on his way. Once he arrived, he immediately noted the system was not cooling and went onto the roof to identify the issue. He quickly identified that a part had failed and needed to be replaced. He notified me that the part was under warranty and they would get it as quickly as possible with the plan to return in one to two days and complete the repair. He inspected the entire system, identified other issues that were a result of the initial install. He was so thorough, explained everything clearly, identified the potential different costs associated with the repairs (go through warranty or don't), and took the time to make sure I understood the process. I can say, I will use this company and Daniel again – if other problems arise. Thank you, Daniel, for all your help!”
“This was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a repair service bar none! It started when the call was received that my 94 year old mother had no air conditioning and the outside temperature had risen to 114 degrees outside. We had called the original company that sold and installed the unit 3yrs prior and they stated it would be the next day between 4:00-7:00PM Till anyone could assist her. Fast forward four hours later and Leo from Desert Diamond HVAC arrived and immediately started working to diagnose the problem. Within minutes the “AMAZING TECHNICIAN LEO” had diagnosed the problem and documented it on video and was letting us know what it was going to take to fix the problem. The condenser was “toast “ and what seemed like minutes our professional smiling courteous technician Leo had completed the fix and was ready to settle up and discuss a follow up service plan. I can’t thank Leo enough for his service, patience, integrity. Knowledge and courtesy in performing his duties as a “True Professional Technician “ who truly loves the service he provides! “I called their company about 8:00 a.m. and it was a quick answer from the receptionist. My mom had used them previously and was happy. So I decided to give it a try again and schedule an appointment for the same day. The window is 3 to 6:00 p.m. and they were here by 3:00.
Cameron B was the Tech. I was running behind getting back to the house but he dealt with my Mom first and took care of her concerns and needs right away. I spoke with him and he quoted me a price of what he had found already and we went with it and easy peasy. Cameron was very calm and patient with a lot of my direct questions and he took care of what I needed to hear and went to work right away and was in probably an hour he was done. Everything works as expected. If I was to need a service again which we probably will in the future due to an old unit, I would definitely be calling them back and asking for Cameron
