“Excellent service, professional and very nice. Choosing DD was a great decision”
“Ishmel came out and serviced my air and did a fantastic job and very professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing and I would like to have him out every time. He is wonderful! I am sorry if I did not spell his name correctly.”
“From the initial interaction on the phone until the service was completed, we couldn't be happier with your company. Phone reps were incredibly helpful and courteous and our tech, Sam, was very professional and respectful as the work being done was at my wife's salon and he was definitely aware of what it looks like to get the job done while also recognizing that the business had to remain open. Thank you all for being so prompt, honest and professional! Summer heat is challenging. Summer heat with a busted a/c blower is unbearable! So glad we found you!”
“Jordan M. came out to diagnose a plumbing issue I was having and resolved it immediately. He explained everything to me, corrected the issue and tested to make sure the plumbing did not have anymore leaks. Thank you to Jordan for his professionalism, communication and excellent service!!! I would highly recommend Desert Diamond Air & Plumbing for all your air and plumbing needs.”
“Professional courteous on time and prompt”
“My mom Nancy Cheche Air conditioner went out and I live in Las Vegas and was worried she would get taken advantage of but Desert Diamond came out and Leo did a great job. Thank you so much!!!”
“Timothy arrived with the biggest smile and pleasant attitude, which is amazing considering it is nearing the end of a very hot day and, I'd imagine, most of his calls had been outside. He got right to work in a while, he came down and we talked about what is likely going on with my HVAC. One thing I appreciate about Desert Diamond is that for the many years they have serviced our units, without exception, every person we've come in contact with has treated us like family. I can't imagine ever switching to another company.”
“Timothy did an excellent job. Arrived on time, was very personable and explained the issues and corrective measures taken in detail. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.”
