“Desert Diamond installed my system 5 years ago. Last year my furnace started having intermittent issues heating. They came out and made some adjustments and replaced parts that were most likely the issue. Temps didn't get cold till several months later. The issue persisted. DD came out at no additional charge and worked diligently until the issue was solved. It's great to know they not only do an amazing job at installation but they take care of their customers after the fact. “Desert Diamond put in a new Trane 4 Ton Heatpump in our home March 2022 which they done an excellent job and has performed very well. Last Friday (8.23.24) late in the afternoon stopped cooling. I called in to Desert Diamond and asked Cambria for someone to come take a look expecting it would be the next day. She said there had been a power surge in my area and would get someone over (it was hot around 110 degrees). Daniel was here in 1 1/2 hours. I was amazed. He run some tests on the system which checked out ok thankfully and was running great. Everything was fine. Daniel was very knowledgeable, polite and informative. This is a terrific group of people to work with and they do a terrific job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Desert Diamond is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!
