“Desert Diamond put in a new Trane 4 Ton Heatpump in our home March 2022 which they done an excellent job and has performed very well. Last Friday (8.23.24) late in the afternoon stopped cooling. I called in to Desert Diamond and asked Cambria for someone to come take a look expecting it would be the next day. She said there had been a power surge in my area and would get someone over (it was hot around 110 degrees). Daniel was here in 1 1/2 hours. I was amazed. He run some tests on the system which checked out ok thankfully and was running great. Everything was fine. Daniel was very knowledgeable, polite and informative. This is a terrific group of people to work with and they do a terrific job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Desert Diamond is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!
